The short version

  • You buy a personal license, once. No subscription.
  • Use it on up to 3 computers you own or use, Mac or Windows.
  • Don't share or resell your key, the app or our artwork.
  • Don't reverse engineer or copy the app, and don't use AI tools to do it for you.
  • Cursors you make from your own photos are yours to keep and share.

These terms cover your use of the ClickBeans app, website and paw packs, made by April Moon Studios FZC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By buying or using ClickBeans, you agree to them.

Buying ClickBeans

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, taxes and receipts, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; a change never affects a purchase you've already made.

Your license

When you buy ClickBeans, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it on up to 3 computers you own or use. One license covers both Mac and Windows. You may not:

  • Share, resell or publish your license key
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the app
  • Use any automated tool or artificial intelligence system, including large language models and code-analysis or decompilation tools, to do any of these things, or to analyze the app in order to reproduce, imitate or compete with it
  • Remove, bypass or tamper with the license check or activation limits
  • Resell or redistribute the default paws, paw packs or any artwork in the app

These limits apply except where the law where you live gives you a right that a contract can't take away.

You can move your license to a new computer by deactivating it on an old one, or by emailing hello@aprilmoonstudios.com.

Updates and paw packs

Updates are included free for as long as we offer ClickBeans. Paw packs in the in-app store are sold separately, under these same terms.

Your photos and cursors

Photos you import stay yours. Only use photos you have the right to use. They are processed on your computer and we don't receive them. Cursors you make from your own photos are yours to keep, and you may share them with friends.

Our artwork

The ClickBeans name, app and artwork, including the default paws and paw packs, belong to April Moon Studios FZC. Your license lets you use them as your cursor; it doesn't transfer any ownership.

Open-source software

The app includes open-source software made by others, each under its own license. Those licenses and their notices are at the end of the License Agreement inside the app, and these terms don't limit the rights they give you.

If something goes wrong

ClickBeans is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or work with every system setup. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for ClickBeans.

Ending your license

If you break these terms (for example, by sharing your license key publicly), we may deactivate your license. You can stop using ClickBeans anytime by uninstalling it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
